She is an award-winning communicator who received her Certified Fund Raising Executive (CFRE) designation in 2003 and is an alumna of King’s University College and Western University. Kelly values inclusion, equity, clear-eyed compassion and leading by example.

1) The non-profit sector has been under a ton of pressure even before COVID. As an annualized funder, what is your role in supporting the sector and funding work? Impacts of Inflation on funding commitments and programming offer etc.? Given the diversity of geography and challenges in your region, what is the role of United Way?
2) According to Statistics Canada the London CMA is the 8th most unequal region in Canada. How does that play out in your work? Role of Advocacy, funding priorities, tackling immediate needs vs long term systemic change.
